New Music I’ve Discovered and Have to Share!
Over the Rhine
http://www.overtherhine.com/  If you’re from Cincinnati you know this band, but I recently had the priviledge to see them for the first time live at Riverbend as they presented their entire 2-disc Ohio Album. They are fantastic! They’ve renewed my faith in great songwriting! Take a listen http://www.overtherhine.com/recordplayer/recordplayer.html. Be sure to play Let’s Spend the Day in Bed and the last song, If a Song Could be President.

For Those with Kids and Grandkids!
Album: For Kids Three

Check out this hilarious and fun album and dance with your kids to classic and new songs by artists like Over the Rhine, Barenaked Ladies and Dar Williams!

Recommended DVD’s for Beginners and Advanced
Any video with Shiva Rae - She is graceful and fluid, easy to flow with her through the postures plus, she has great music! Check her out here http://www.shivarea.com/dvds-cds-shivashakti.php#dvds
Beginners will enjoy her Flow Yoga for Beginners, and I highly recommend adding the Shiva Shakti The Complete Practice to your home collection!
